1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to our proprietary AI tools, strategies, and data, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or credit purchases once the transaction is completed.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical failure on our part that prevents you from using the service. All such requests must be submitted to our support team for review.
