Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GPTrader platform at gptrader.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including those who subscribe through Whop, our authorized payment and distribution partner.

Description of Service

GPTrader is an AI-powered software analysis platform that provides autonomous trading agents, backtesting tools, market analysis, and strategy generation for educational and informational purposes.

• Multi-model AI engine (OpenAI, Google, xAI, Anthropic, and others)
• 24/7 autonomous AI trading agents deployed on secure cloud servers
• Real-time market sentiment and news analysis
• Natural language to strategy code generation
• Non-custodial exchange integration via user-provided API keys

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where access to or use of such services is prohibited by law.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gptrader.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments and Subscriptions

GPTrader uses Whop as its authorized Merchant of Record and payment processing partner. By subscribing, you agree to the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Whop's infrastructure.

• Credits are consumed per hour of agent use
• Unused credits do not roll over unless stated in your plan
• Referral commissions are calculated and paid according to the current affiliate terms
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the AI agents or platform
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access to third parties without authorization
• Using the Service to conduct or facilitate illegal financial activities
• Circumventing any access control or security mechanism
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Scraping or harvesting data from the platform without express written consent

Non-Custodial Exchange Integration

GPTrader connects to third-party exchanges (such as Binance, Bybit) solely via API keys provided by you. We are strictly a non-custodial service and never hold, store, or access your funds.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, algorithms, and materials on the Service are the exclusive property of GPTrader and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTrader, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
